Sunday fridge is empty... ?. Found frozen udon and the last few eggs to whip up today’s breakfast.
★TKU (tamagokakeudon haha) with dashi (tore the packet and pour the powder over boiled udon) and okaka furikake - #cheesiemade recipe!
★ Fried egg white (I think this is a genius idea because the kids love fried egg but they don’t like the yolk. They love it raw on TKG though?)

And for those who asked, I buy San-ei eggs from Japan or those eggs labeled for raw consumption. There are plenty of safe eggs in SG!
