Do you see a sunrise or a sunset?

Life is a turbulent journey. Things are constantly changing, grounds shifting, waves forming and crashing. The sun rises. The sun sets. The sun rises again.
.
We are foolish to believe we will ever stand on firm ground. To wish for everything to stay the same. To wait for everything to fall in line perfectly in our lives. Because it never will.
.
Change is inevitable. And so much is unknown. But you must embrace the uncertainty of life in order to find joy and live fully in each present moment. Don’t fight it, flow with it.

So, do you see a sunrise or a sunset?
The beautiful truth is that it can be both. Anytime we face something difficult in life, anytime something comes to an end, we see the sun setting. But, in the blink of an eye, it can also be seen as a sunrise. You just have to shift perspectives.

An end is a beginning. A beginning is an end.
The sun rises. The sun sets. The sun rises again.
