Flying @united from YVR to SFO and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Douglas. I think it’s important to report on the good people in the skies. Douglas went above and beyond was funny friendly and gave exceptional service to all passengers in all classes. He was hard not to notice. I asked him if I could take this photo he said, “ Sure, I love my job, I think flight attendants and pilots have the best job in the world” we should all be a little more like Douglas. ✈️ ? #unitedairlines #viralforgood
