The healthiest & happiest I’ve been in a long time - both mind & body. It’s a choice. And that’s something I’ve had to learn & it’s taken me awhile to realize; but most importantly, applying it. It’s one thing to say that you “KNOW” what it takes & what is right - it’s another to “DO” what it takes & what is right. Sometimes it’s easier said than done. It’s an excuse I’ve personally used countless times in my life. I know that on social media & in person, I do everything I can to radiate positivity & happiness. That doesn’t mean my life is peaches & cream all the time (mmm, that does sound good though ?). I go through low’s just like everybody else in this world. But, it’s been a steady realization process that I have a choice in how I feel, in every sense of the word. I make the choice on how I’m going to treat everyday of my life & what I want to get out of it. I choose happiness.
