Eyes of Uncertainty…..
So many young orangutans have lost their mothers as the Palm Oil Industry continues to destroy their habitat. Many end up at the OFI Care Centre where they will be treated for injuries, malnutrition, psychological issues and taught to become independent. This independence will enable them to be released back to the wild but will take many years as they learn the skills required.
