“UNADULTERATED ? BULLSHIT ? casual reminder that the concept of 'problem areas' is a marketing ploy that the diet industry invented to guarantee that there's aaaalways something new to sell us.
Step 1: Realise that a shit tonne of money can be made teaching people that completely natural bodily features are problems to be fixed.

Step 2: Saturate the media with headlines on how to eliminate the hideous 'flaws' that you literally just invented for profit.

Step 3: Get rich.

Step 4: Make up a new problem area.

Thighs without a gap. Hip dips. Cellulite. Wrinkles. Saddle bags. Bingo wings. ALL OF THESE COMPLETELY NATURAL BODY PARTS WERE NOT SEEN AS 'PROBLEMS' UNTIL WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE. In fact, some of them didn't even have a name until the diet industry realised that naming and shaming them could make cash. What's next?
How many more times are we going to buy into the lie that we're made of flawed pieces that need to be fixed? We are WHOLE human beings. Our bodies are SUPPOSED to look different. We need to stop focusing on fixing 'problem areas' and start focusing on fixing the real problem - how we're taught to see our bodies, and how to unlearn those lies. ?????
