“For Fra” - this is an instrumental piece of music that started off merely as a birthday gift for my then girlfriend - now wife - Francesca. I recorded the piano idea first and then just repeatedly recorded over that with drums, claps, and percussion. While Wes and I were never able to make this particular idea work into a traditional Lumineers song, it did end up providing us with the basic chords for the song "Angela" much later down the road when we recorded the 'Cleopatra' album. -Jer “For Fra” appeared on a Target exclusive version of The Lumineers’ LP2, Cleopatra (2016, Dualtone Music Group) and is now available for streaming worldwide.
