Social media has a few down sides, but sometimes, it surprises you with amazing connections. I started speaking with two amazing girls who love to hunt and thought it would be fun to invite them over to do a freshly harvested “surf and turf”. They brought venison and I took them Spearfishing. What an extraordinary experience to cook with an amazing chef who shares the same value of consuming fresh, sustainable, no chemicals meat, fish and seafood. She cooked a venison with berries sauce on a bed of spinach and feta cheese and I made open fish burgers with tartar sauce and arugula. Thank you @wildernesstotable and @tennesseehuntress to have made the trip down to come visit me!
