Who says vegetarian food is boring?
It’s my first time tasting the #zucchinicarpaccio ?
and it’s surprisingly good/delicious!
Google says simply shave thin slices of zucchini, then add some lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
I think I will make one soon by myself ?
