Back in high school I would always make trips to Belle Glade, Fl., the aids capital of the world then, to spend time with all the kids over there. These were some of the best times of my life seeing the joy on their faces when our van would show up for the week. This picture holds a special place in my heart because this kid wanted me to take him home and for me to be his father - he would ask me every time I came back ? I didn’t want to leave him and the other kids, saying bye was the toughest part of the trip. I’m so lucky to have parents who showed me the world as I grew up and never kept me sheltered, I hope one day we can all just love each other and give back. This young boy gave me much more than I could ever give him. #tbt
