Serves 2
.
Ingredients
For Sauce:
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
6 Asparagus Spears (cut ~1 inch )
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Lemon
Cracked fresh pepper
1/2 lb Lentil Penne Pasta
Garnish: chopped parsley and Parmesan

Shrimp:
1/2 lbs Raw Shrimp
1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tbs Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook shrimp in a skillet with the above "shrimp" ingredients. Once cooked. Set aside on a plate

In same skillet/pan cook the sauce. Add oil, then tomatoes. Cook until wilted. Then add garlic and all the other sauce ingredients. Add a little water for more sauce if desired. Meanwhile cook the penne pasta
.
Add the pasta over the tomato sauce. Then add the shrimp. Mix well and serve. Garnish with parsley, Parmesan and if desired some crushed chili peppers.
