Hope you all had a fabulous 4th of July! We aren't ready to put down the red, white, and blue, we adore this festive eye look from @ElyMarino

1.Begin by using Mavens Matte in “Scandalous” on a liner brush and apply a winged liner
2.Using “Myst” khol eye liner apply to either side of the lower water line! Than taking “Angel” khol liner fill in the middle of the lower water line
3.With an angled brush, line the lower lash line with “Deep End” shadow on both the inner and outer portion. For the center line with “Hour Glass” shadow
4.Using a pencil brush blend out the inner and outer portion of the lower lash line with “Rain Check” and the center with “Hour Glass”
5.(Optional) add or draw stars onto the lower lash line for an added touch
