Technical rescue officers have moved in and taken this protester into custody on the Statue of Liberty. An investigation is underway to determine how the woman managed to scale the base of the national monument. Seven protestors were arrested at the statue earlier in the day for displaying a banner reading “Abolish ICE," according to authorities.
