Maria Grazia Chiuri’s latest haute couture collection for @クリスチャンディオール was presented in a space covered from floor-to-ceiling with toiles – a recreation of a room in the exhibition Christian Dior, Couturier du Rêve at Paris’ Musée des Arts Décoratifs, which will arrive at London’s V&A next year. “[The setting] underlined a narrative at the heart of every couture heart in Paris – the dialogue between the new and the old, the repetition, reinterpretation and revitalisation of history,” writes @alexanderfury.
