Here is one of my favorite exercise technique.
Try to do one set until the failure, then drop the weight and keep going until you arrive to the failure again.🔥🔥🔥 You can start just dropping weight one time, and week after week add more drop sets. You can do this technique in any exercise of any bodypart.
Remember is not about the weight, it’s about feel the muscle, keep a good form in the movement!!👍💪 🦅@belegend_lifestyle
