i have a few more from Cannes i’d like to share and a bit of backstory on this one, This was one of those "compose and wait" images, film has that great power to slow down your shooting process. I saw this man reading the paper and loved his outfit, as I set my frame the younger kid sat down next to him, which originally ruined the classic look for me as he pulled out his iPhone...then this woman in a red dress walked by and balanced the scene perfectly. Compose and wait...good things happen. ?? .
