Chef Breeden, Chef Keller, you made my dreams come true last night. I say with the utmost humility that in a million years I couldn’t have expected any of this. Your generosity is inspiring. My tears of joy didn’t stop shedding when the meal was over, getting home and seeing that note on my menu absolutely sent me over the edge, I am forever grateful for your thoughtfulness for a little nobody like myself. When I get home I am framing this photo to put in my kitchen to always inspire and remind me what finesse can get you. From the bottom of my heart, I humbly thank you.
