I’m a big fan of “less is more” when it comes to certain things in life ESPECIALLY when that’s all that is needed AND when the tool in hand is nice + effective. @nbranagh & I battled through 3 matches yesterday (soooo fun!) which left my low back and right shoulder feeling like it needed some support ? Two simple @kttape applications and lots of @pillar_principles body prep helped a ton! #supportsystem

5th place here in #Warsaw for the @fivbvolleyball 4*. No where near satisfied, but it felt SOOOOO good to compete at a consistently higher level with good, positive, can-do vibes from our team.
We’re in this for the growth and the continual tapping and expanding of our potential, TOGETHER. It was a good week. #onwardsandupwardstogether ♥️????? Tens, way to lead & play like the champ you are .... here we go ?
