This is @southsudanunite weekend, so let me take a moment to thank our women for being the strongest part of South Sudan. As South Sudanese men, we don’t speak often enough about what our women have done for us and are still doing for us, and the day we start doing so our country will start healing. Every time we talk about unity and peace, they are the first to pick up and answer, they are the first to stand up and voice their opinion and they are the first to encourage our youth to show up and be proud. I’m very proud of our women and it’s time we start thanking them and taking their advice, because without them there will be no unity. #SouthSudanUnite ??
