Thousands of sheep cross this old footbridge made with wire and sticks twice a year. It is the lamb’s first crossing and in the middle he was frightened to feel the roar of the mighty torrent, Mayer river. This little lamb stopped the march of an endless line of sheep experienced at the crossing. The mother encouraging him to continue and further back a cape a little more imperious. The crossing took two days and with much work of the gauchos.
