Esta foto vale millones!!! ??Como duerme Alexandra??? Bueno pues aun con nosotros! Hace una semana empece a no darle la teta para dormir y eso ha ayudado bastante! Solo lloro la primera noche, y decia “teta,teta” ? pero yo estaba tumbada a su lado, y le decia “Alex cariño hay que hacer nono” o le preguntaba “quieres agua?” y siempre aceptaba el agua en lugar de la teta y eso la tranquilozaba. Esto ha hecho que en una semana pase a dormirse sola en 15 minutos, nosotros solo nos tumbamos al lado, anres con la teta se ponia a jugar y tardaba a veces hasta 45min!!! . Tenemos la ayuda y consejo de @sweetslumbertime que nos guia en esto. La verdad q Alex aprende super rapido, menos mal. Poco a poco vamos a tratar de mejorar mas y pasarla a la cuna. ☺️ Yo no quiero hacerlo drástico y dejarla llorar, aunque me cueste mas tiempo, prefiero que sea gradual y estar ahi con ella.??♀️ Os ire contando como avanzamos! Como lo llevais vosotras??

This picture is worth millions! How does Alexandra sleep ??? Well, still with us! A week ago I started not breastfeeding her till she was asleep and that has helped a lot! She only cried the first night, and said "teta, teta" ? but I was lying next to her, and i would tell her always with the same words "Alex, honey, we gotta sleep" or I asked her "do you want water?" And she always accepted the water instead of the breast and that calmed her down. in a week she falls asleep alone in 15 minutes, we just lay down next to her, before with the breast she was playing and it took sometimes up to 45min! . We have the help and advice of @sweetslumbertime that guides us in this ❤️The truth that Alex learns super fast, thank goodness. Little by little we will try to improve more and pass her to the crib☺️ I do not want to make it drastic and let her cry, even if it costs me more time, I prefer it to be gradual and be there with her.??I will tell you how we progress! How are you doing in the sleep thing??
