This was during @iamaishafrancis training camp. This was also when my back and entire right side started hurting so much it hurt to sit, stand, walk within the first twenty minutes. (This was 100% not because of the camp, it was going to happen eventually no matter what class I was in I just happened to be there) But Aisha taught this choreography and asked us to find a connection to dance from, something to dance for. Honestly the connection I found was to how much I love doing this, how this is the best feeling, how dance makes me smile, and how scared I’d be if I couldn’t do it anymore. Thank you so much @iamaishafrancis for giving us the space and supporting us to feel what we fight for. Such a caring badass queen. Everyone should go take from her. ??✨?
