Ma egy helyben úsztam egész edzésen ? (tükörben tudtam nézni a technikámat)
már 25 éve úszom, de azt kell, hogy mondjam, még csak most kezdem megérteni, az úszás titkait (apró technikai fogásokat). Ennek a folyamatnak sosincs vége, mindig van mit tanulni, van hova fejlődni.
I was swimming in one place all practice today ? (watching my technique in the mirrors)
I swim for 25 years now and I have to say I just started to understand the little things about swimming. This process will never end, there is always room to improve and more to learn.
