Britain’s Prince William is on a five-day Middle East tour. His first stop? Jordan, where he and Crown Prince Hussein visited the Jerash archaeological site. Tonight, he leaves for Israel, making him the first British royal to pay an official visit to Israel and the Palestinian territories. The Duchess of Cambridge isn’t joining him on this tour, but she has been to Jerash before – she visited as a 4-year-old when the Middleton family lived in Jordan, according to Kensington Palace. (?
