You guys know how I love to keep active, both before and after having India. When India was born I was so excited to get back into a routine of working out, but more excited that actually India could be involved in it too – most recently at the @mummytribe retreat! We’re proud to be part of @Pampersuk_ire #WeTime movement, encouraging you to include your baba’s in the things you used to do before they were around. India loves being outside on the grass and as she begins to crawl more and pull herself up, I’m sure she will be copying my workout moves any day now – it’s great for India’s own development and for us to spend time together. Your little ones can join in with your workouts too you know! Do you guys bring your baba’s along to things you used to do before you had them? #ad
