Me and my running partner Ash... 2.4mi run at 6,000ft altitude?Shaved 11 seconds off my last run, so I’m happy! Didn’t feel like it but forced myself to go, blasted some @ジェニファー・ロペス on my headphones and got it done. Somedays are easy workouts, some are hard... just keep pushing.
