Last thursday I’ve met 7 kids who were brought to Stichting Siloam because their parents couldn’t take care of them anymore. They are all ill, some of them terminal, but they were so happy and showed so much love. It shows how strong they are, being capable of having such a mindset without a promised future. As a father the stories of these beautiful kids touched me even more, because I can’t imagine a life without my son. And as a son I can’t imagine a life without my parents. That’s why I admire their foster parents Robert and Durkje, who give the kids the love and guidance they need. Besides that they also help over 200 families in need, all voluntarily. I want to help them with their part in making the world (for these children) a better place, so I will support them from now on and do my bit where possible.
I’m happy me and my friends visited Stichting Siloam. Moments like these remind you of how beautiful life is and how you can have a big impact with small gestures. Thank God for this wonderful day ❤???? #Siloam #Isaac
