It’s been almost a week since my little Shoey mishap ?‍♂️? and I must say that shattering your heel bone is a pretty painful injury. I will say though that since it’s happened I’ve had a lot of time to reflect and I feel that something really positive will come out of this. Unfortunately I have had to cancel some work commitments and for that I apologize. I know this is a walk in the park compared to some injuries people endure but it has definitely helped me appreciate my health more. Thanks for all the get well wishes and hopefully I will be as good as new in no time ?❤️. #diditallfortheshoey ??
