Literally throwing myself into training & a balanced diet. I am soo focused this time, after trying 2/3 times this year already ??? @millie_george we got this ??

Warm up: Skipping
Stretch and mobility

Body weight circuit:
40secs working/ 20secs rest
Squats (10) into squat jumps (5)
Lunge with a twist
Tricep extension off of wall
Mountain climbs
Press ups
Plank
Glute Bridges (5 sec squeeze)
Lying down leg raise
1 min rest/ recovery, repeat once more with shorter rest of 25 secs working time/ 5secs rest
To finish:
10 Kettle Bell Swings Superset with 10 Burpees ?
Cool down & Stretch.
