After what can only be described as one of my toughest days of parenting ever (of course my kids are my world and I’m forever grateful for them but these days still happen ) that started at 3 am and ended with tantrums and bedtime refusal, I have hit the mat. What with it being #internationalyogaday and all it felt like the right thing to do. I bloody love yoga because once you get in to the flow of things you can do it when ever, where ever and it’s free. My head feels clearer and I don’t feel anywhere near as tired as I did 30 Mins ago. Ps nicked my hubs Pearl Jam T! Shhhhhh! #spotthelazycat
