Mavi the Granny Cat goes to her new home today! She’s a 19 year old kitty whose owner had her since college and I overheard him randomly on the phone at a store saying he didn’t want her anymore. She had apparently been demanding fresh water and meowing too much for her owners comfort for a year.? He hadn’t taken her to the vet in many years, so I had him agree to take her to get checked out while all of you, shared and stepped up to help Mavi find a loving place to live out her years. @realsandrahess and @officialtriciahelfer were able to find a wonderful new human for Mavi through their efforts in posting ... while me and @shirascottastrof were alerted to the fact that Mavi had kidney disease. ... which is why she was a little more meow-y this past year. She is on medication and ready to make the move to her new amazing home today.
