I slept in Sid’s bed with him last night. Can’t accept that this is our reality. I cannot even fathom how scared these babies are and the kind of permanent emotional trauma this will cause. Who knows if they will ever be able to pair these kids back with their parents. As there is currently no protocol in place for doing so. It pains me to think about how low have we sunk as a nation that we have taken to abducting people’s children. Please repost.

Regardless of a child’s immigration status they are still just a child. Regardless of where they are coming from they still maintain their basic human rights that must be respected. In homage to the iconic I AM A MAN photograph from 1968, we hope to remind Americans that ALL children are human beings and are all of our responsibility. #FamiliesBelongTogether #EndFamilySeparation
