Been working really hard on getting my hands back.. focusing on my form and speed, I’m feeling good... I’m almost back!! It’s been really challenging pushing myself to limits I haven’t in a long time.. sometimes it hurts, sometimes the voice tries to convince me to give up that last set.. or that last minute. Let your mind speak louder.. you tell your body when it’s done. Your body will go as far as your mind tells it to! Go harder than you’ve ever gone.. it will get easier.. there’s a different YOU waiting to become the NEW you.. trust me THAT you, is The one you really are.. do NOT give up! You’ll get there!
