This is a portrait of a moment between two states. Like many of my paintings the image is meant to be transient, both graphic and figurative...both emotive and instructional language. This image is meant to visualize the bridge between two types of consciousness; an image for the meditator to seek not the deepest meditation, but the moment between two states.
