Start the week w some core, adding some challenge w a medicine ball ( mine is 6 lbs) you ll feel the burn in your arms as well! Make sure to pull your belly to your spine

1️⃣ crunch w over head tricep and press
2️⃣ toe reach
3️⃣ scissor legs (hovering shoulders)
4️⃣ scissor legs reaching the ball center and to the side
5️⃣ scissor legs add 8 movement with the ball ( try to keep shoulders off mat)
