Today is the 6th anniversary of #DACA. It's time to make free college an option for #Dreamers. Our free college plan won't carry any of the prohibitive restrictions of the the Governor's Excelsior Scholarship, which denies free tuition to Dreamers and other immigrant New Yorkers.

Just this year, New Jersey and Connecticut passed their versions of the Dream Act, but Andrew Cuomo has completely failed to do the same here in New York. This is devastating and has very real consequences for Dreamers living in this state.

When I am Governor, Dreamers will have the chance to receive Tuition Assistance Program aid under our College for All New York plan, as will all New Yorkers regardless of immigration status because Dreamers are New Yorkers and Dreamers are Americans.
