For lunch today I’m having whole wheat tomato, avocado, corn, HUMMUS wrap!  FYI Hummus is delicious on so many things.  The benefits of Avocados goes on forever!
0.Avocados are a FRUIT and contains over 20 different vitamins and minerals.
0.Avocados are exceptionally high in Vitamins K, Folate, C, B5, B6, E and magnesium!
0.They are high in fiber!  An average avocado has 9 grams of carbs and 7 grams of fiber!  THATS ONLY 2 NET CARBS because your body cannot use Fiber as an energy source
0.FUN FACT: Avocados have more potassium than a banana!  Potassium helps reduce high blood pressure which helps save you from heart attacks, strokes and kidney problems!
