High Lake, Wisc / I almost slept in. But I didn't. This scene was so quiet, I was certain the THWACK of my shutter would rouse camp. But it didn’t. I'm always first up, last in. Those who've traveled with me will attest! The best light ALWAYS bookends each day, so I like to get my work in early and late. Leaving the 12 hours in the middle to focus on the rest of life... and napping.
