When I moved to Byron Bay almost 10 years ago it was June, I drove up in my little Toyota Corolla and lived with Spelly (in her bed!) until she got so sick of me I had to go find a share house... it was a cold Winter and we huddled in her room in front of a blow heater, watching Friends and Sex and the City and read Russh Mags and workshopped how to, you know, do this fashion label thing... Back then town was so quiet in June, and today I had this moment when I got a park straight away and traffic was light and the Winter chill had set in... and I remembered that time in 2009 ~ funny how you can get memory recall like that, at a particular time of the year, and you get transported back in time... ❄️?? Byron you may have changed a heap since then but I still love you ♡♡♡
