This photo is one of about 20 taken to get the 'shot' which is pretty ironic considering what the card I'm holding says ? Ive lost count of the number of messages I've received asking what people can do to help them look 'perfect' which breaks my heart a little bit. We all have hang ups and insecurities but if I strive for perfection it'll only emphasise things I don't like about my body. I've learnt to embrace my body and strive for progress in whatever it is I want rather than aiming for perfection because as we all know, perfect literally doesn't exist ??‍♀️ I'm really proud to support @womenshealthuk and their #inshapemyshape campaign to celebrate my body, and share how I feel with you to hopefully help you realise it's all about the progression rather than perfection ?
