FULL DISCLOSURE: My day didn’t start off that great! I found out late last night that a person that is very near and dear to my heart went to be with the angels however one thing she taught me is that you have to keep pushing through even in the tough times. My grandfather always said that the lord works in mysterious ways! @fitnesspharm tonight when I went to the @ihop (#ihob ) grand opening I thought about you a lot and that actually made me enjoy myself instead of be sad. So I let go and ate a burger, some fries, and did ridiculous photoshoots at one of my favorite places!
