travel has been the light in my darkness.
it’s been the thing that’s shaped more meaning into my life.
you don’t have to do what everyone else is doing... you can also choose to lead a different life.
you can also choose to spend time alone & be at peace with yourself.
you don’t have to have a partner to be amazing.
you don’t have to be around people who don’t make you feel good.
what is relatable is our struggles, tough times and painful moments — it’s why I launched my podcast after my painful writing + front of camera + producing career.
I’ve been recording a new podcast for you this week in Italia + On Tuesday I’ll talk about how we can better learn to accept the dark times, on real deal #mentalhealth.
in order for the monks here in Ravello to pray, they acknowledge that dark places do exist & we can choose to do the same & make light from it.
