Finally getting up a preggo workout ??! I’ve pretty much tried to keep to the same workout with little adjustments where needed...sometimes my belly gets in the way ?. Oh and this circuit should really target the booty and hamstrings?
Do circuit 3 times through and up the weight when possible. -1st exercise: 12 each side -2nd exercise: 15 reps
-3rd exercise: 15 reps
