'On our second day of trekking in the rice fields and mountains of Banaue, we were treated to an incredible view of Batad. We had just finished hiking up over 1000 steps in the blistering heat, but instantly forgot all of our troubles as soon as we got to the top, as we were blessed with one of the most incredible viewpoints I have had the privilege of reaching.
