Being in Uganda was one of the most beautiful yet most confrontational times in my life, I will never forget the people and the country. I went to spread love, awareness and inclusion. During my time there 50 families who had hidden their children with disabilities away from the world for protection brought them out of hiding for the first time. They said after meeting me they realised that Down syndrome was a disability, it was perfectly normal and not a curse as they had previously believed. #inclusion #love #diversity #weareone #model #believe #wlyg
