FINALLY!! I can share my news with you all... I’ve written a book - Argh!!THE ULTIMATE BODY PLAN is my 12 week fitness and exercise programme. As you all know the last couple of years my life has changed drastically and so has my body. At 33 years old, I feel more confident about how I look than I did when I was in my twenties! Since I started training, eating right and properly respecting my body, I feel AMAZING. I have learned to not only to give zero f***s about any negativity directed at me due to how I look, but to actually really love my body and truly appreciate the skin I live in. My book will include 80 delicious recipes and weekly phased workouts (both home based and gym based) so you can choose what works best for YOU. Challenging my body with this plan and understanding how it works has changed my perspective on everything. Confidence, self-esteem, ambition, determination, family, friends… even love! I know it sounds dramatic but it really has transformed my life and it’ll do the same for yours too! This book is also kind of an autobiography as well. More than half of my life has been spent in the public eye, and my career and relationship choices have been scrutinised by people who don’t even know me. This book is a way of putting MY side across and MY feelings. Detailing my journey from a teenager who got lucky, to a successful, happy business woman inspiring others that they can do the same! The book is out at the end of December and I’ll be sharing lots of behind-the-scenes action with you so you can follow my journey with the book over the weeks to come.
