Just wanted to put this out there. Mental illness is a serious thing. Please do not take it lightly. If you... or someone you know is going through some ‘stuff’ it’s never too late to start seeing a professional for help. It’s taken me years to finally see a psychologist & talking it out really helps. I’m recently trying to meditate & practice more gratitude in my life & it’s helped immensely. Look out for yourself & others. Self love is so important. ❤️ Please never feel like you have no one to talk to.
