Colourful dumplings are an absolutely doddle to make, I did a course many years ago in Beijing @thehutong to learn how to make green ones with spinach juice, but you can use carrot, beetroot or any other colourful vegetable, a little goes a long way! ❤️????? #symmetrybreakfast
