Are you ready for the summer? It’s been so warm in Oakland lately that I wanted to make something colorful and full of summer vibes! It’s great ?? cold too. Try out these Pineapple shrimp cups!!
Ingredients:
• 17 boiled shrimp ?
• 1 Serrano pepper or jalapeño thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons @Flavorgod Seasonings
Lemon and Garlic seasoning
• 2 Roma tomatoes diced
• 1 butter lettuce
• 2 avocados ? diced
• 1 cup diced pineapple ?
• 1/4 cup cilantro chopped with stems
• 2 diced tomatoes
• 2 limes juiced
• 1/2 of white onion diced
Mixed all ingredients together and spoon ? into butter lettuce.
