Does anyone here eat QUINOA? Have you ever heard of it? ———————————————
Let me show you this awesome breakfast quinoa bowl I am having this morning. ⁃WHAT YOU NEED:
⁃1.5 tsp coconut oil
⁃1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
⁃Fresh Apple
⁃1 cup (already cooked) quinoa (any color)
⁃1 tbsp maple syrup (or agave nectar)

Melt the coconut oil in a small pot and combine the cinnamon and quinoa! Stir until quinoa is warmed up, if not warmed already, and remove from heat. Add maple syrup and apple slices! VOILA! I like to eat my with a side of Coconut Yogurt!

Quinoa is a Super Grain! In my opinion its better than rice because it is one of the most protein-rich foods a person can eat! It has twice as much fiber as other grains and plenty of lysine (which helps with skin and tissue growth). Also, quinoa contains a ton of manganese, which is an antioxidant and fights cancer cells! ———————————————
